Memorial Day Project
Today, while working from home, we also did a concrete pour to increase our patio. Unfortunately we are experiencing showers which makes it hard to finish concrete.
Update: Changed the title to “Memorial Day Project” as the old title was misleading.

For projects and for honoring those who have died to protect our freedom.

Oh, I agree that Memorial Day is primarily for remembering fallen soldiers, but I was pointing out that this time, instead of doing marathon training of new firearms instructors as I have in the past three years, we prepared for a patio pour. I worded it poorly and I apologise.
There is a blog out there that decided to “burn” my material here because of this posting and my dearth of new material. (I won't honor them with a link but Technorati finds the posting easily enough.) Perhaps they've never heard of using a three-day weekend to get work done or that the end of a quarter is a tad more busy than other times in the life of someone that works full time while getting a Master's Degree.
So, perhaps I haven't posted every day, and I have posted a lot of pictures lately, so what?

Congratulations on your burn. That guy needs some prozac and/or valium. Instead of b*tching about other peoples blogs pehaps he should let his mom know how ticked off he wasn't breast-fed. Keep on blogging!

You know Josh, I knew you meant the project part as being secondary to the real meaning. That's why I didn't come on strong or be an idiot about it. I had passed this post many, many times and it just bothered me and it was only the wording. I had noticed no one had commented so I decided to just do it. Please don't be offended. That was not my intention.
Peace...............
